Elegant USA Homes is happy to accept returns

For any reason as long as a request to return an item is submitted to us within 30 days of receipt of the item and returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer's expense and responsibility and must be received by Elegant USA Homes within 30 days of items request for return was submitted. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method as we do not take responsibility for items not received back in our warehouse.

Once returns are received

We will notify you via email once the return and credit have been processed.

Elegant USA Homes will refund within 7 days from the date we receive delivery of your return. It can take an additional 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your account. We issue refunds back to your original payment method.
